Warranty Support Isn't a Feature. It's the Difference.
Why clear responsibilities and a dependable support route matter throughout a dealer warranty programme.

A warranty programme is tested when somebody needs help. The quality of the product matters, but so does the route from the first question to a clear outcome.
Support starts at setup
Before launch, the dealer and operator should agree who handles policy questions, administration and claims. The team should also know where dealer operational help sits and which login customers use to check their own cover.
Handover prevents confusion
Customers should receive their certificate and policy terms, along with the correct contact route. The documents should be easy to retain and the claims process should be explained without making promises beyond the cover.
Claims communication should be specific
When a claim is raised, the customer and repairing garage need to know what evidence is required and whether work can proceed. Love Warranty aims to provide a first human response within 24 hours, a decision within 72 hours of the requested evidence being submitted, and payment within 3 working days after approval.
The operating route matters
Support differs according to the agreed model. Love Products includes a managed service. White Label responsibilities and claims authority are agreed before launch. WarrantyOS is for experienced operators who want to run the desk themselves, with optional human backup.
Clear responsibilities make support dependable. The relevant dealer agreement, certificate and policy terms remain the source of truth.
