Celebrating One Year of Love Warranty
A look back at Love Warranty's first year and the principles that continue to shape its dealer-led approach.

Love Warranty's first year was shaped by the conversations we had with independent dealers, their teams and the customers they support.
Those conversations reinforced a simple principle: a warranty programme has to work operationally, not only look good on a brochure.
What the first year taught us
Dealerships need different levels of support and control. Some want a ready-made product with claims handled for them. Others want their own brand on the certificate, or the tools to run more of the operation themselves.
That understanding now sits behind the three ways to work with Love Warranty: Love Products, White Label and WarrantyOS.
Building around clear responsibilities
The strongest dealer relationships begin with clarity. Product rules, pricing decisions, claims authority and support responsibilities need to be agreed before launch. The customer also needs a straightforward explanation of what their cover includes and how to ask for help.
Looking forward
The focus remains practical: improve the systems, make dealer administration easier and support fair, consistent customer outcomes within the applicable certificate and policy terms.
We are grateful to the dealers and customers who helped shape the first year. Their feedback continues to inform what we build next.
